About Our Organization
We believe that workplaces are missing out on the unique perspectives that individuals with Autism bring to the table.
Connecting Communities
We are a local non-profit business looking to connect individuals on the autism spectrum to help with networking and business employment. We want to simplify things by connecting business leaders with those looking for employment.
Meaningful Opportunities
We want to find opportunities that have good accommodations, good pay, training, and utilize their skills. We plan to match organizations with the people they are looking for to hire.
Ongoing Support
We hold monthly support group meetings, work on newsletters, hold speaking events, and skill building workshops to ensure long-term success.
The Future is Yours
Autistic people bring passion, knowledge, loyalty, expertise, and alternative perspectives. Finding work can be tough and even more so for those who are on the spectrum and struggle with traditional full time job schedules.
